At what point do I qualify for a retrenchment benefit?

This benefit applies to permanent
employees and not Casual or Contract workers. The Assured must have been
gainfully employed by the primary employer for a period of not less than 24
months before the occurrence of retrenchment. In addition, a waiting period of
365 days is applicable during which no benefit is payable.
